You know what makes you wonderful? It’s the fact that you read the previous sentence. It’s rare these days that you get someone to notice you. Especially if you’re a wannabe writer who’s only recently started to share his content with others.

I don’t even know what to talk about today. I’ve said plenty in these last few years but there is so much more to say. There is something new every day that’s coming my way.

How I deal with it is – I don’t play. I look at the thing and if I don’t like it, I make it go away focusing only on what I can do today. And also, I don’t pray.

I don’t pray like they’re praying in movies. I have my own unique way of talking to the universe or multiverse or whatever the hell you want to name this place. I talk to myself and I move at my own pace. You, do it too because there is no race.

The only one you need to beat is yourself a moment ago. As everything is changing, you are changing and I am changing. It’s the only constant thing in our lifes – change.

Okay, there’s one more thing and it’s breathing. I tend to breathe all the time but sometimes I forget it. I’ve noticed that the best breathing is when you do it intentionally.

You take a deep breath in and then you let it out. You do it until your mind is clear and everything you don’t need has been thrown out by the wind you made inside. That wind made the particles move.

Sometimes you can even feel vibrations all around your body. It feels almost the same as when one eats some forbidden drugs, only a bit weaker, but I believe you can achieve higher levels if you do it every day. Breathe intentionally, I mean, not drugs.

It’s the natural high you can get from within. It’s not a coincidence that the word – spirit comes from Latin spiritus which means breath.

Right now, for example, I’m taking in deep breaths to reach the deepest cells of my body, fill them with oxygen and heal. Why do I need to heal? Am I sick? I think there’s sickness all around us.

Our world is sick and it needs healing. If I can’t change the world, I can change myself and let the old me go. I can change my thought patterns just by taking a moment for myself. You can do it too.

Don’t rush. Take a deep breath and let it go. Feel the energy, feel the love. Focus on your breath and let everything else go. It’s how you become mindful, it’s how you grow.

Remember – you are loved. Even if it doesn’t feel that way. You have been given today to make the best out of it. Reading this post is great but we both know there are so many opportunities out there. You can start crafting your own world, you know.

It’s true what they say – you reap what you sow but the one thing you need to remember is that you need to nurture your seeds or else they’ll just stay in the ground and rot.

Nurture those thoughts that matter to you, thoughts that motivate and energize you. In the end, what you focus on will grow.
